I booked two head treatments for my fiancé and me as a birthday surprise for him. It’s normal for staff to be friendly when you go somewhere for a service, but their staff felt EXCITED and grateful that we were there. But not in a way where it was overwhelming or uncomfortable, just enough to make you feel special. The head treatment included a hair wash and scalp treatment and massage. We left feeling SO relaxed. The atmosphere is very clean and put together, we very much look forward to going back!
